Yes — we are fully mobile and detail your vehicle at your home, your office or wherever it is parked, anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area and the surrounding cities. There is no shop to drive to, no drop-off and no waiting room. You book a time, we arrive with everything needed, and you carry on with your day while the work happens in your own driveway.

An Express Interior takes 1 to 2 hours, an Express Full Detail inside and out takes 2.5 to 4 hours, and an Executive Interior takes at least 2 to 3 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating are longer, multi-stage jobs and are quoted with their own timelines. Condition matters more than size: a vehicle that has not been detailed in years takes longer than the same vehicle maintained every few months.

Just an accessible outdoor water tap and a working power outlet — our equipment handles the rest. You confirm this at booking; if the address won't have both, let us know before you book. If we arrive and the water or power you confirmed isn't there and we can't reasonably work without it, we'll call, text and wait at least 30 minutes — but the appointment counts as served and the full amount stays payable, because the slot and the trip are already spent. Tell us beforehand and it's just a reschedule.

A $99 deposit secures any Express booking and $125 secures any Executive booking — interior, exterior, or full — and it is applied directly toward your total, not an extra charge on top. No HST is charged on the deposit itself; tax is calculated on the full service price and collected with the balance, so you are taxed once. If your order's grand total goes over $400 (easy to do with a few add-ons), the deposit also picks up 50% of those add-on costs, so bigger orders carry a bigger deposit. For paint correction, ceramic coating, boats, and RVs, a 50% deposit is required upfront instead, and The Ultimate Package is $400. If your address carries a distance charge, that is collected up front with the deposit too. Either way, the deposit locks your spot on the calendar the moment it's paid — no waiting for a callback to confirm.

Give us 48+ hours' notice and there's no charge at all to reschedule. Inside 48 hours, a $30 rescheduling fee applies, and you can rebook within 30 calendar days, subject to availability. Full deposit terms are always shown at checkout before you pay, so there's never a surprise.

Yes — all payments are processed through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by major online retailers worldwide. We never see or store your card details, and you get an instant email receipt the moment your deposit goes through.

Express covers the essentials — hand wash, vacuum, wipe-down, and surface protection. Executive adds deeper restoration work: paint decontamination and trim restoration on the exterior side, a full shampoo and steam clean on the interior side, plus a complimentary ceramic sealant or steam cleaning and discounted pricing on the most popular add-ons.

Yes — every tier, Express and Executive, is available as Interior only, Exterior only, or a Full Detail combining both. Pricing for each is listed above, and the calculator only shows add-ons relevant to what you pick.

Sedans and small-mid size SUVs are the base price shown above. Large SUVs, minivans and trucks carry a size surcharge that depends on the package: $20 on headlight restoration, $25 to $50 on detailing and paint correction, and $150 on a ceramic coating, where every extra panel has to be decontaminated, corrected and coated. The exact amount is shown on your quote as soon as you pick your vehicle size, before you pay anything.

Ceramic coating is its own package with three tiers — 3-Year, 5-Year, and 8-Year — so you pick the durability you want upfront on the booking page. Longer years mean a thicker, more durable coating layer. Every tier includes a free Executive Exterior detail, decontamination, and clay bar prep so the coating goes on genuinely flawless paint.

Yes — we're fully mobile for boats and RVs too. Boat detailing starts at $300 for interior or exterior, $550 for a full interior + exterior detail, with paint correction and ceramic coating packages starting at $1,599 — exact pricing depends on size and condition, so call, text, or email for a quote. RV exterior detailing is booked online by the foot: $26/ft for an Express exterior, $38/ft for Executive Detail & Protect, $80/ft for Signature Polish & Protect and $190/ft for a Professional Ceramic Coating, with a 20-foot minimum on all four — shorter rigs are welcome and are simply billed as 20 feet. A 34-foot motorhome is $884 for the Express. RV headlight restoration is $250 for one light, $400 for both and $650 for every light on the rig, the same price booked on its own or added to a detail — those lenses are bigger, higher up and usually far more weathered than a car's. Smaller camper vans built on a van chassis are quoted at car rates. RV interior detailing is not offered, exterior only. For boats, we detail both interior and exterior: cockpit, seating areas, bow, gunwale, hull, rail, cleats, stern, transom, chines, freeboard, steering console, windshield, and floors. Outboard motor and propeller detailing requires the boat to be docked. Washrooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, and cabins aren't included. All boat exterior, correction, and coating work is done on land, never docked or in water.

We offer biohazard removal (blood, bodily fluids, mold, or odor) as an add-on. This is subject to inspection, and accurate disclosure at booking is required — we reserve the right to decline service if conditions weren't disclosed.

Yes — gift cards can be purchased for any package on our booking page, starting at about $180 for our smallest package, up to the full price of any service. They make an easy gift for someone who could use a spotless car, boat, or RV.
