Mobile Car Detailing in Niagara Falls

Detailing at your own address across Niagara Falls — the old streets off Queen Street and Main and Ferry, Stamford and Mount Carmel in the north end, Chippawa where the Welland River meets the Niagara, and the farm roads of Willoughby along the Parkway.

Niagara Falls is close to the outer edge of the map we work. The van leaves North York, rounds the head of Lake Ontario on the QEW and keeps on past St. Catharines almost to the river, one of the longest trips we make. A single travel and fuel fee pays for that drive. It is charged per visit, not per car or hour, worked out by the booking form from your address before you pay, and taken with your deposit.

A Detailer That Comes to the House, Not the Strip

Visitors picture towers and neon above the gorge, but most residents live on quiet streets well back from Clifton Hill. That is where we work. There is no garage bay and no key handover: we park beside your car, unload the extractor, steamer, polishers and foam gear, and do the whole job where the vehicle already lives.

A drive this long changes the sensible size of a booking: the trip pays off best against a full detail, a correction, a coating or a second vehicle, since one travel and fuel fee covers it all, and a second car in the same visit also gets a discount the booking form applies on screen. That is the arithmetic, not a push for a bigger job.

Around the City: Stamford, Chippawa, Willoughby and the Rest

The city’s planning map splits Niagara Falls into eleven communities — Beaverdams, Chippawa, Crowland, Drummond, Elgin, Grassybrook, Northwest, Queen Victoria, Stamford, Westlane and Willoughby — and 67 neighbourhoods inside them. We drive to every one. A few, and what setting up there tends to involve:

Adding Up a Niagara Falls Booking

The booking form takes your package, the travel and fuel fee for your address, any add-ons and HST, and gives one total before you commit, including any size surcharge on correction or coating for a larger vehicle. A deposit holds the date and counts toward the total: a set amount on Express, Executive and The Ultimate, or half on paint correction, ceramic coating, boats and RVs, with the travel and fuel fee collected alongside. The rest is paid on the day, after the work is done. Cash, Interac e-Transfer or debit adds nothing; a credit card adds 2.4%. Full terms are in the payment policy.

The Ultimate Package

Ultimate + Paint Polish & Buff

The services page lists what goes into each package, and the auto detailing page shows how the work is done. Running work vehicles? See fleet services.

Spray, Salt and Lake-Effect Snow

Paint here takes weather off two lakes: lying between Erie and Ontario, the city averages over a metre and a half of snow a year, some of it lake-effect, so the QEW, Highway 420 and Lundy’s Lane stay salted for months and brine dries grey along the rocker panels. On mist days near the gorge, spray from the falls drifts across Fallsview and the Parkway, and each drop that dries on glass or dark paint leaves a spot. Washing lifts the surface layer; the scratches and etching beneath need correction, and a coating makes next winter’s grime easier to rinse off.

Machine Polish

For paint that has lost its gloss without being damaged.

1-Step Paint Correction

A single machine pass that clears light swirling from car washes and winter wiping.

2-Step Paint Correction

Compound for heavier marks, then polish; the paint correction page compares the two.

Ceramic Coating — 3 Year

A starting point for a car facing a few more salt seasons.

Ceramic Coating — 5 Year

Longer protection for a vehicle that commutes on the QEW year round.

Ceramic Coating — 8 Year

The longest-lasting tier we offer; the ceramic coating page compares all three.

Whichever coating you pick, the job opens with an Executive Exterior and a 1-step paint correction and polish, so the coating locks in a corrected finish rather than the swirls.

Boats off the Welland River, RVs and Motorcycles

With the upper Niagara River and the Welland River through Chippawa, where the Chippawa boat ramp sits off Lyons Creek Road, plenty of local boats winter on a trailer. We detail them only out of the water, on the trailer or on blocks, never at a dock. Quotes cover the interior, the exterior or both, on size and condition; washrooms, kitchenettes and cabins are left out.

For RVs we do the outside only — no interiors — priced per foot with a 20-foot minimum and booked online in four tiers:

RV Express Exterior

A hand wash from roof to skirting for road film and black streaks.

RV Executive Detail & Protect

Decontaminates the paint and gelcoat, then seals them.

RV Signature Polish & Protect

Machine polish for gelcoat going chalky or faded, finished with protection.

RV Professional Ceramic Coating

Our most durable option for a motorhome or trailer, laid over a corrected finish.

Motorcycles get an individual quote. Headlight restoration books online for one light, a pair or all of them; it is sanding and polishing, so it needs no water or power.

On the Day: Tap, Outlet and Elbow Room

Everything but the utilities arrives in the van. We need an outside tap and a live outlet that our hose and cord can reach from where the car sits, up to roughly 75 feet away, and the booking form asks you to confirm both; headlight restoration skips that. We also need space to open every door and walk a polisher around the vehicle.

Worth a line in the booking notes: a condo where visitor spots fall under board rules; a narrow or shared drive near Queen Street or in Drummondville; a rental off Lundy’s Lane where the landlord controls the tap; or a Willoughby farm where the car sits by a barn and should be moved nearer the house. Hotel garages and pay lots near the falls will not work.

Niagara Falls Detailing FAQ

Do you really drive out as far as Niagara Falls?

Yes. The city sits in our Niagara/Erie travel band, among the furthest on the published map, hence the travel and fuel fee.

How is the travel and fuel fee set for my address?

The booking form works it out from your address. It is flat for the visit, does not change if the job runs long or a second car is added, and is paid with your deposit.

Can you detail my car at my hotel while I visit the falls?

Usually not. We need a tap and outlet within reach and permission to use them, which a hotel garage or pay lot near Clifton Hill does not offer.

Do you come out to Chippawa and Willoughby?

Yes. Both are part of Niagara Falls, as are Stamford, Mount Carmel, Drummond and the west end along Lundy’s Lane.

Can you do my boat at the Chippawa ramp or a dock?

No. Boats are detailed on land only, on a trailer or blocks, so it needs hauling out first.

Does mist from the falls damage paint?

Dried spray leaves spots like any water, most visible on glass and dark paint. Left long enough they can mark the clear coat, which correction can usually remove, and a coating makes them easier to wash off.
